How do you work

Depending on our familiarity and history with you this is the basic structure of how things will proceed if you wish to utilise our services
1. You can contact us by email, phone, post or face to face to discuss your requirements and between us we will establish a brief.
2. We will supply a quote, schedule and project outline for your approval.
3. We will start working on initial ideas and concepts for the brief.
4. We will liase with you and develop our initial ideas into complete outcomes.
5. We will supply the final artwork and arrange production where necessary.

What type of things can you design?

We can design virtually anything! Editorial work, such as brochures, leaflets and posters are very popular, but we can also produce artwork for merchandise such as t-shirts, mugs and keyrings. We also offer a web design service. If you would like something that you haven't seen on this site, please don't hesitate to ask as it may be something we can do and we're always keen to try new things!

What is your turn around time?

Although it's hard to specify an exact timescale, we are aware of how urgent and fast-paced things can be and we will do everything within our power to get you your finished work as quickly and professionally as possible, without compromising on the design!

Do you print in-house?

We do not print in-house but we do have long standing relations with a number of highly professional local and London based printers, who can offer us very competitive rates.

Do I have to use your printers?

You are not obliged to use our printers but we do always recommend them due to our long term links, guaranteed high quality finish, competitive pricing and the ease of sending and receiving artwork and proofs.

What sort of set up do you run?

We are primarily a mac based studio using the latest Creative Suite. We also have digital photography facilities.

Will I be 'kept in the loop'?

We will endeavor to keep you up to date with regular phone calls, emails and PDF's so you can keep an eye on how the work is progressing and make sure it's always heading in the right direction.

What if I want a rerun?

We keep backups of all the work we produce, so, if you want a rerun or need to make small changes in the future, or have a regular publication or simply loose the artwork files, we are ready to spring back into action!

Can you reproduce artwork?

We can reproduce most artwork fairly quickly and accurately, if it didn't come from us in the first instance. If you have the original artwork files than that would of great help but we have been able to produce artwork from PDF's in the past, providing we can get our hands on the original imagery.
